Trevor was in the 3-4 age group and it was a bit more down to business. I think the amount of time to gather all the eggs continued to shrink as the groups progressed.
Trev's class made some pretty cute "Easter bonnets" this year. They added all sorts of bugs/trucks/animals/army men type flourishes to the boys' hats to man them up. I think Trev was most excited about the froggies on his hat.
Lots of kids carrying balloons meant lots of balloons escaping to the sky. Balloon spotting was pretty interesting.
The Easter Bunny seemed to loose his scariness this year. Trev sat next to him, hugged him, and asked questions about why his mouth doesn't move.

The park was pretty busy. Ryan was absolutely thrilled to be there. I think all the extra kids running around was pretty exciting.
And the Bunny Cake was made. Though, I hear that the details were questionable. John was a bit concerned about the integrity due to the face being decorated only with jelly beans.

I like Trevor's shirt. Not such a fan of the man-bonnet.
I'm not a great baker so it always amazes me when you bake cakes in different shapes. :)
