Summertime means time to spiff up the backyard. We had a whole bunch of pokey rose bush vines growing up on the gazebo covering, so we took most of them out (due to the poking) and put in some Jessamine and another plant that we don't know the name of, but has pretty leaves that turn color in the fall. By 'we', I mean 'John' of course. Trevor likes to help out whenever possible--he's really into carrying the watering can around and pretending to water all of the flowers. I get the job of making sure Trevor's not "helping" too much and making sure he stays in the Trevor-approved zones. We've also got tomatoes, basil, rosemary, and thyme going this year...yum.
